Flexity 1.0: Flexible Office & Work Environment Design

Flexity is a dynamic, adaptable workspace developed in parallel with the formation of the brand itself. Spanning 1,500 m², the project reconsiders the conventional office by combining coworking areas with private offices, establishing a flexible spatial structure that accommodates both collective and individual modes of work.

The interior concept was conceived as a framework rather than a fixed solution, allowing it to respond to different tenant profiles while supporting the emergence of a consistent brand identity. Spatial decisions focused on adaptability, and long-term use, avoiding prescriptive layouts in favour of spaces that can evolve over time.

I led the project as interior designer and project manager, overseeing concept development, spatial planning, and material definition from early studies through final fit-out. The role involved close collaboration with the client during the brand’s formative phase, guidance through implementation, and coordination of technical documentation.
In parallel, I supervised a team of 3D artists, directing the production of visual materials used to position the brand and communicate the workspace concept prior to its realization.
